Victor was born and raised in Mexico City and moved to California at a young age.

He has 25 years coaching experience  here in San Antonio and South Bay area in Los Angeles California.

He is a very enthusiastic coach who is highly effective at imparting successful strategies,
team collaborations and has multiple personal achievements, winning accolades across his entire career history.

He strives to coach athletes, optimizing program operations, working with players of different skills levels to develop talent ,improve strength and enhance stamina for elite level play
