At this age group, our training is developed from a set curriculum. It provides players with technical training, facilitated by our professional coaches, covering all technical aspects of the game. Keeping a fun, exciting environment for players of this age is key.

The Rising Stars program is a perfect introduction to the beautiful sport of soccer, teaching players basic skills of the game along with instilling the love of the game.
We create an environment to fully maximize their learning while surrounding them with coaches that make it an extremely fun place to train.
SEASON SCHEDULE
Our seasonal Rising Stars schedule incorporates training dates, times and game day information for all age groups.
Our Rising Stars program is run completely through SA United which will in turn feed into our U7/U8 age groups.

Saturday morning in-house games at GVTC from 8.30-10.30amAssociation RegistrationShin guards, cleats and team uniform are required for all games and training.
Players at U5 age groups use a size 3 soccer ball.
Players at U6 age groups use a size 4 soccer ball.U5 teams play a 3v3 game format with 3x10 minute periods.
U6 teams play a 4v4 game format with 2x20 minute.
