Norma has been working with San Antonio United for 5 years.

She is a former high school Biology and Chemistry teacher, he also substitute taught with NEISD and was a private Maths and Science tutor.

She has been a member of San Antonio United Soccer Club since 2007.

Norma has been married for 25 years, has a son that played with the club from U11-U18 and a daughter that is still playing with the 2002 girls program.
