The DPL is a premier, nation-wide, all-girls soccer league designed to provide elite competition and development for U13–U19 girls.
Progress with purpose
The DPL serves as a key pathway to the Girls Academy (GA). It focuses on technical skill, tactical understanding, and college recruitment, operating under the mantra of "developing the player and empowering the person".
The DPL's Emerging Talent Pathway offer clubs a transparent, purpose-driven path to excellence, where progress is achieved through hard work and performance on the field. With clear milestones and rewards for development, we ensure that every level of advancement is earned.

Her path
Founded on the ideology of the full GA program, the DPL provides a development structure that focuses on playing more meaningful games with highly professional game day environment, more training, high level coaching, development before winning attitude, and great exposure in major college showcases events.

Complete player pathways for boys and girls
We offer a complete player pathway for all competitive soccer players. At our elite levels we have the MLS NEXT Academy and Development Player League, for advanced, intermediate and beginner levels of play, we have select soccer and for a recreational approach we have our MLS Go program.
