From our humble beginnings to our club philosophy

Defining the future of the boys program

Heading into Fall 2019, SAU has made the decision to collaborate with Titans FC and operate as a single entity, going forward the club will be called Titans FC SA.
Titans FC is an all boys organization and the brother club to the nationally recognized Sting Soccer Organization, in which the female side of the club plays under. Operated by the same administrative staff, Titans FC will now have teams in San Antonio, Corpus Christi, Dallas, Fort Worth, Austin, New Mexico and Pennsylvania. SAU has been a staple of the SA youth market since 2006 and is one of the top technical developmental clubs in the State of Texas.
The move to bring the boys program of SAU together with Titans FC serves to continue a similar developmental pathway as the girls, with the boys competing on local and regional platforms, with an eye to the national stage. The focused goal for Titans FC is to complete the developmental pathway locally, regionally, and nationally and rise to national prominence using the same model that has brought Sting unprecedented success over time.
This is a defining moment going forward for SAU, now Titans FC, and we look forward to what the future holds for the youth players that will propel Titans to national success.

The evolution and the future of the Sting SA girls program

Bringing ECNL and ECRL levels of play to our girls program provides a very exciting pathway for their future.
In August 2018, the SAU Soccer Club girls program partnered with Sting Soccer Club. The leadership of SAU recognized an opportunity where SAU teams would have access to high level platforms, primarily the new ECNL Regional League, while providing a program that will enhance opportunity for development at every level for our athletes.
The partnership allows our female players to play and compete on more Regional and National platforms, which presented further challenges and growth for individual and team development. With alignment in the vision and mission of the programs, the collaborative nature of the agreement brings success and an enhanced offering for them.
With a shared vision and goal of ensuring maximum opportunity for every player to develop and grow, we look forward to what the future holds for the Sting SA teams and staff.

Member coverage for players, parents and coaches

Titans / Sting SA have partnered with USSCI (US Sports Club Insurance) to provide Sports Fee Recovery and Reimbursement Insurance for our members.
The risk of injury is high, and every single plan guards against ANY season ending injury. That means regardless of an athlete injuring themselves at a playground, skiing over spring break, playing another sport or playing the beautiful game.
Each plan will either reimburse parents a portion of their fees or take over their installment plan if their child is forced to sit out the rest of the season. This is a great benefit to the parents, to you, and to our club.
