Your feedback has always been so very valuable to our club. We listen to your ideas and views carefully, and with constant improvements to our home GVTC Sportsplex, our club brand, our website and social media platforms, we wanted to give you a voice to help our club and community further.
As we continue to evolve and improve everything that we possibly can to make your families experience with us even better, we wanted to give you, our community, an opportunity to have your say.
Please answer the following set of questions as best you can. There are multiple areas pertaining to the club and your experiences, any input you can add is truly appreciated.

OUR TRYOUT PROCEDURES
When our club tryouts are open, you will need to register online via the button below to ensure a quick check-in process. More information to follow when the tryout process has been started.
1. CHECK IN
Please arrive 15-20 minutes before the tryouts begin. Players will be assigned a number that is to be used throughout the tryout process. These numbers are used by coaches and leadership when making player selections.
2. ATTENDANCE THROUGHOUT THE TRYOUT PROCESS
Please attend all days of the tryouts. If you cannot attend one of the sessions or will be arriving late, then please let a member of our Admin staff know.
3. TRYOUT TIME / DURATION
Our tryouts generally consist of three sessions (dates and times depend on age groups), one per day, and run approximately 75 minutes.
4. EQUIPMENT / WHAT TO WEAR
Players must wear appropriate footwear (cleats), shin guards, preferably bring their own ball and bring their own water bottle (it is usually very hot during this time of year).
5. TRYOUT FORMAT
Information pertaining to this years format is coming soon.
6. PLAYER SELECTION / TEAM ALLOCATION
Head coaches will confirm their selections after the final tryout session with the Director of Coaching. You will be informed via email within a few days of tryouts with information regarding the position offered. You will have 24 hours to accept or decline the position. Any questions please contact our Admin staff who can help you during this process.
Q. Does your club hold any charity tournaments?
A. We have held our annual charity tournament, United for Hope, every year for the past 9 years, with all proceeds going to a chosen charity.
