WOULD YOU LIKE TO TRY OUT FOR ONE OF OUR TEAMS, OR SIMPLY WANT TO LEARN HOW TO PLAY SOCCER?
We offer multiple levels of play for players and members who are interested in developing the complete soccer player. No matter your level, there is always an opportunity to join our club.
Our club tryouts typically run between the month of May each year and consist of a three day event for current and new players, allowing them to showcase their abilities to our Development Staff and our Club Directors.

The event itself is split into technical, tactical and team orientated small sided games and focuses on players abilities, talent, intelligence and tactical awareness. Players are then split accordingly into overall levels of play evaluated by our Development Staff.

Player Opportunity Events (POE's) are aimed at current and new players looking to be rostered onto a team, or to showcase what they can for an opportunity to join the club outside of typical try out dates (if you were out of town etc).

POE's give the athlete an excellent opportunity to be evaluated by SA United Development Staff and Club Directors within their own age group, and to be offered a position according to the evaluated level of play.
FREE TRYOUT / PLAYER ASSESSMENT
If you are interested in seeing what our club has to offer you and your children, currently at a club you are unhappy with or simply want to try something new, then why not come out and see what SA United can do for you and your family.
Please fill out our online form below and our admin staff will be in touch with more information, set up a field visit or have the Program Director for the age group(s) selected contact you with the next steps. Thank you for your interest in our club.

WHAT IS A PLAYER OPPORTUNITY EVENT (POE)?
We offer POE's all year round to any players that would like to play for our club.
A POE is an age specific player evaluation for anyone interested in joining our club at any time in the year. The event is completely free and each player will be observed by our Development Staff in the same training / game environment as players of that age group.
